My name is Jesse Thompson. I am a student of Animation and Visual Effects at the Creative Media Institute at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces. Prior to coming to NMSU to study Animation I have taken courses in the fine arts, drawing, painting and sculpture, as well as both graphic design and website design. I'm currently working on the background art and After Effects compositing in the production of short animation with three other Animators that is scheduled for completion Spring'11. I am excited to be learning more in depth 3D modeling and animation techniques and look to combine those with live action film in the future.
